Our Story

Hi There!
The most important element of a personally fulfilling life is our relationship with others. Communication with others is the means for forming and growing these relationships. The Communication Clubhouse focuses on providing a warm and engaging environment for neurodivergent children, teens and adults to practice social learning and executive function concepts in natural surroundings that mimic real-life experiences, whether it be in your home, private school or our unique clubhouse experience.
Nicole G. DeVoss, JD, MS, CCC-SLP, the founder of The Communication Clubhouse, is a licensed and trained speech-language pathologist, specializing in evaluating and treating children ages 12 and up in language and social skills development and executive functioning, with additional certification and training in Social Thinking concepts, created by Michelle Garcia Winner and Executive Function Coach Certification.
She prides herself in involving family members in creating an appropriate home program to encourage generalization of newly learned skills. She advocates for families, attends school meetings, and refers to other professionals who can participate in the child’s development. She see the child and family as one, helping the child become an independent person in their daily lives in school and the community, helping them maintain employment, and assisting them with making and keeping friends.
